1. Who we are

This policy explains how Bunon Labs (বুনন ল্যাবস), Trade License No. 01058 issued by Bagerhat Pourashava, Holding No. 0150-00, Daratana Road, Bagerhat, Bangladesh (“Bunon Labs”, “we”, “us”), handles personal information when you use bunonlabs.com, GuruAI, BunonAI and Bunon Academy (the “Services”).

2. Information we collect

Account information: your name, email address, phone number and, for teachers, your institution and subjects.
Payment information: transaction IDs, amounts and dates. Payments are processed by licensed payment providers; we never see or store your card number, wallet PIN or OTP.
Content you submit: prompts, questions, files and other material you send to our AI tools, and the results generated.
Usage information: device and browser type, pages visited, features used and error logs, used to keep the Services secure and working.
Messages: anything you send us by email, phone or forms.

3. How we use information

To provide, maintain and improve the Services.
To process payments, top ups and refunds.
To respond to enquiries and send important service messages.
To prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents.
To meet our legal obligations in Bangladesh.

4. AI providers

To generate responses, the content you submit is sent to the AI provider that powers the feature or model you choose (for example OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or DeepSeek) through its official API. These providers process the content under their own API terms. Where providers offer it, we use API settings under which your content is not used to train their models. We do not send your account or payment details to AI providers.

5. Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the Services (such as hosting, payment and AI providers), when required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our users and Bunon Labs.

6. Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our products use essential cookies to keep you signed in and secure. You can control cookies in your browser settings.

7. Data retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and delete or anonymize it afterwards. We use encryption in transit, access controls and reputable cloud infrastructure to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your password private.

8. Children and students

GuruAI is made for teachers. Bunon Academy and BunonAI may be used by students; anyone under 18 should use the Services with the permission of a parent or guardian, who may contact us about their child’s information at any time.

9. Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or close your account, by emailing hello@bunonlabs.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
